Refund policy

Dynamic Performance Tuning LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.godpt.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Qualifying Returns
In the case of returning or exchanging the product, you must email us at sales@godpt.com first to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us. The shipping charges/costs that we initially charge is not refundable. If you receive free shipping for the order and return the product, the initial shipping cost we paid to ship the products to you is not refundable. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the returned product must be in unused, original condition.

We will not take any returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale.
Used products or products returned with missing parts are not returnable & not refundable. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchanges. Once we receive the products back, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be sent back to the original form of the payment used. 

NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDER, NON-STOCKED, SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS.  No returns are allowed on electronics items such as hardware or software tuners.


3.2 Warranty Claims
We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of purchase date of items. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an Automotive Repair Shop (Repair Order) documentation stating the part is faulty. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 30 days. Warranty coverage only extends to the item purchased.  Buyer is responsible for any other associated costs in regards to the purchased item (Example: Labor, Freight, etc). You agree to these terms by placing the order on our site.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) Replacement item sent you (if stock is available, if stock is not available a refund to your original payment method).

In the event of a successful warranty claim, the exchanged item carries not additional warranties, and the original 60 day warranty does not extend to the exchanged part.

3.3 Return Shipping
Shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping, unless otherwise stated at our sole discretion. The items must be shipped back within 14 days of claim open date, otherwise it will be closed and no longer eligible for return.

3.4 Refund Processing
(a) Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
(b) We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping charges paid. Unless otherwise stated at our sole discretion.

3.5 Package Delivery

Shipping Insurance by Insurify
At Dynamic Performance Tuning, we offer shipping insurance Powered by Captain Insure to provide added protection for your shipment against loss or damage during transit. However, it is important to note that the cost of shipping insurance is non-refundable, even if you choose to return your item. In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery.

Once we receive your claim, our team will review and once approved. You will then have the option to choose either a refund or a reshipment of your package. We aim to provide exceptional customer service and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Please note we may ask you for additional information in regards to the claim, if the claim reasons are unclear.
