exercise

I have started about three months on your exercise routine. First i did the 20 minute one and know I am up to the different session that you have out there. I have also included the 15 minutes neck stretch about 3 times a week. I feel so much stronger and have lost 10 lbs. You two are a blast and I really really like your session. Makes planning a diet not so daunting
